see all reviewsOne of my favourite reformer classes the instructor was super. Taise gave lots of support throughout the class, it was challenging but not too challenging. Taise did lots of demonstrations if you are a beginner and lots of variations of exercise if you are advanced.

see all reviewsI can't recommend this venue and class enough! I used class pass to book a class with Aviya. She was fantastic. The class had great energy and it took relaxation while stretching to a whole new level. They supplied mats, coded lockers, and showers. We also got a cold, scented towel at the end.

see all reviewsWent to Hot Vinyasa Flow with Paul on Tuesday at 19.50 for a 70 minute class. The studio is absolutely gorgeous and has been designed with a lot of care and thought, and has a very welcoming relaxed vibe. Paul took us through a well thought out flow with lots of attention to alignment and a few challenging surprises thrown in to keep it interesting! He is a great teacher and is very welcoming to his students. I would highly recommend this studio. It’s right on the Luas line so very convenient with showers and changing rooms available.
