see all reviewsHad my class with Coach Rocky today as the supposed instructor wasn’t available — he was attentive and really encouraging me to give my 100% strength. It was also slightly a bonus that I was the only person in class so it felt more like a personal training and we were able to focus more on techniques. The space though feels a little bit unfinished (women’s washroom was under construction) and there wasn’t a clear detail in the page whether gloves were provided or not. Would still come back though as the class and instructor was good!

I also really liked the instructor because she made it very appealing and motivated us to move! Finally, the space is suitable to accommodate a big number of people, yet there is a limit to how many are in the class.
