She is great at providing variety within the lagree movements and is a great instructor overall. I highly recommend lagree as a workout and highly recommend Larisa. Instructor was super nice , I like how patients she was with us , she was very supportive ,allowing us time to learn the process . About the class room I fell if it was held in a brighter room could have been a fantastic experience over all. Later at the relaxing stage we can get the curtains down.
