It felt like it was a party of my own, jamming to every single song in her playlist, with her fun choreos, SO GOOD! If you’re into 90s to modern day hiphop and rnb, Megan is for you. She also takes a moment towards the last track of class to connect with each of everyone, just letting you be in your zone, and it was my first time tearing up in a ride class. Never had I imagined to actually cry in a spin class 😂 not because the class was tough, but to feel like I was seen, I was heard, and connected. Megan really gave a beautiful impact ❤️ I hope she teaches more in Al Quoz!!

see all reviewsThe best beginner heels class i’ve been to and ive tried many places both in dubai and UK. Instructor (Becky) is the best, she hypes you up, makes you feel good and instigates conversation between everyone so no one is shy. She also explains moves thoroughly and really makes sure everyone has the choreo nailed before moving on. Studio is very spacious which is rare to find. Also there is time for everyone to film themselves at the end. Lastly the warm up she does in the beginning is short and sweet and doesn’t take up 20-30 min like most studios do, which means more time for dancing. Overall best dance class i’ve been to and i’ve been going for a year at different places. 10/10 would recommend, definitely going back every week.
