see all reviewsI practice 4x/week and also teach yoga, and this class was HARD. I don’t know that I have ever been so physically challenged. I would have liked to do some wrist warm ups at the beginning considering how many planks there were, but otherwise great!

see all reviewsI really resonated with the words Jordan used during the meditation. He's very insightful and is really great at instructing on "how" to relax. The poses were lovely as well and I appreciated how he incorporated the sensations we experience in yoga to the sensations we experience in the rest of our lives. I find some yoga studios almost practice yoga as a way to be "fit and hip", but I didn't feel that in this practice. I have been feeling a little out of balance lately and this class was just what I needed to feel more connected to my body.
