see all reviewsTeacher was super knowledgeable. Kept cueing through all the exercises, so I didnt dread the hard ones! She automatically gave modifications for every exercise which I appreciated, bc I knew how to modify if I started to get tired.

see all reviewsI love Gianna and her yoga classes. When I imagine power yoga, I imagine it moving a little faster, but hers includes a bit more stretching in the beginning, then ramps up in speed, then slows down nicely. She is wonderful with assists and cues as well.

see all reviewsThis was my first Pilates class ever and it was very well taught. Kim was very helpful in explaining all the moves and at no point during the class did I feel confused. It’s a gentle class but still pushes you to engage your whole body. I would definitely come back!
