I didn’t see much form checking or corrections/modifications and it was definitely fast paced. As someone who exercises regularly, I really did enjoy the class and found it challenging!

see all reviewsJenna was easy to follow, great at helping adapt poses as needed, and gave a great workout. Was my 4th time ever doing reformer pilates and I typically find it confusing to follow and difficult but Jenna made it accessible. And again im sore today which is a good sign!
