    Mobility Flow

Loved this class! A good combo of strengthening movements and deeper stretching opportunities. Great for those of us who sit at a desk all day. The instructor Natalie was lovely too - very calming presence, great guidance through the sequences, and great playlist! I appreciate that she takes the time to introduce herself and learn everyone’s name.

Cory is great. Lots of adjustments, which I appreciate. This is not a Vinyasa class, though. We did almost the entire Ashtanga series! I really liked it, though it was a little too fast moving. Not a ton of deep stretching. Studio was very warm.

    Cardio Barre

Great barre class at a yoga studio! Since it’s not a barre studio, there aren’t actual ballet barres to use (either use a wall or do stuff in the room center). But you use weights and balls. I’ve been twice and like that it’s different each time and seems like a good work out. I appreciate the instructor makes corrections too, when your form is off. #ClassPassInsider
