see all reviewsNice, bright space. Upbeat instructor who seemed to pay good attention to our form and gave cues for adjustments. Music played in the background, which I liked, but the pace of the class is good enough to not need the two to pair up. Class was six people and that made it great for individual attention. Felt like I got a good workout in the hour!

I appreciated her encouragement and personal attention to technique. The class flew by and my muscles were burning after. Ill definitely be back!
