    TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT

This class was great. You could take up or down a notch depending on your energy. Although there was a lot going on in the class it wasn’t chaotic. So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

    The Restore

Lovely class of you want to release tension and relax. I enjoyed the aromatherapy and the focus on breathing and checking in with our bodies and emotions. The class was very spacious and the instructor was great at providing accommodations or help to everyone. Many people commented on the extra noise going on in the background but I didn’t mind. Great beginner class.

    Barre

This class was very accessible and good for beginners. Katherine has good energy and explains things well. I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.

Absolutely amazing instructor. Careful attention to detail, deep understanding of anatomy and body dynamics. I’ve never been so thoroughly engaged while focused on such small and mindful movements. This is what yoga is all about! 🌷

    Hot Core-lates

Great instructor and fun workout of Pilates and Compound strength movements. It’s nice and hot but not too hot in there! Only thing is I loved the music playing and would love for it to flow better and be louder at points but overall a great workout and sweat!

Pilates Instructor Dylan was super warm and friendly. Very encouraging for me. Even though I couldn’t get into some of the movements I felt comfortable to do what I can. It’s a class that will help me address some long-standing stiffness and mobility challenges. I’ll return.

    MOBILITY & STRETCH

This class was wonderful! Everyone was incredibly welcoming, the space is lovely and clean, and Terry was so positive and encouraging. Small class size meant everyone got individual attention to ensure stretches and exercises were done correctly and with care. A perfect class for someone looking to check in with their body and get some really positive movement into their week!
