    TC Vinyasa

Second time attending with Julie. She carefully crafts the sequences. They are effective, beautiful and flow into a natural progression. Makes it a gentle vinyasa slow dance. The class is challenging too but options are always there. I will definitely return!

    Turf Burn

Awesome class- deceptively hard! All of the movements were modifiable to one’s own fitness level. The coach’s voice was on the soft side, so I had to listen carefully- it wasn’t an issue, but I might suggest using a voice amplifier in case a future participant has hearing issues. It didn’t detract from my experience tho. I definitely plan to go back!

Flow Flight | Level 2 | Central District

Evgeniy was a great instructor! This was my first time doing aerial yoga, so they showed me some basic moves before class to give some exposure of what was to come in the class. Overall, the Lvl II was a good pace and difficulty (including inversions) for me, even as a beginner. Everyone is different though! The rest of the people in the class were friendly and the studio is nice and clean!

    Pure-Sound Bath (SD) (RS)

Laura did a wonderful soundbath! love that the studio has a "no cell phones" sign. I'd love for them to start a policy of quiet in practice room before class. and after class for teachers to say namasté and leave the practice room... no commentary on "announcements" or anything. I went to a studio like this and it was super relaxing.

    FLOW

Natalie is one of the best yoga teachers! I’ve been going to her classes regularly for the last 3 months. She’s extremely skilled, very patient, and creates an inclusive environment for an all levels practice. It is especially great when she talks through the yoga pose that we’re aiming to get to in the session, and about the different areas of the body it targets. No matter which level you’re at in your yoga journey, Natalie’s class is excellent!
