    Power Flow with Music

    This was the first in person class I’ve taken since March 2020. I used to have a very regular, strong practice. This was the perfect class to come back to. Jamael had such a mindful, compassionate presence and his flow was challenging while still flowing together seamlessly. Fantastic instruction. I loved every second of it. I had tears streaming down my face at the end in savasana, I didn’t realize just how much my body had missed my practice. So grateful for this flow. I’ll definitely be back.

    Alessandra brought great energy and encouragement (and I agree - it’s difficult NOT to sing along to Tina Turner) and it was a great Friday night workout. Kudos to the folks exercising in-studio: distances and with masks. Some occasionally loud static from the mic/sound system - otherwise, excellent audio.

    HPF - Hot Power Fusion

    This was my first time to this studio, and I was very impressed with Chenoa. Some people just have the gift of presence, and she is definitely one of those people. Class had a great flow, she offers great, hands-on adjustments, and is very encouraging. Loved this class. Will absolutely be back.

    Lauren is great! She has such a soothing voice and her class was really relaxing. This was a great class for beginners... it was a slow flow with some deep holds and added challenges.
