Her classes are challenging and so spicy but she truly emphasizes the idea of listening to our body. I can only make her class on a day they do street sweeping in the area but I will deal with finding the parking and rushing out of class to get to my car before the meter ends because she’s just that good!!! Highly recommend her classes.

The studio is brand new, large, super clean, well organized, and has everything you need to train mixed martial arts. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The gym also includes two heavy bags, a squat rack, sets of dumbbells & kettlebells, and all kinds of accessories. Parking is in the private gated lot. There are two mat spaces and two bathrooms. They have a separate shower most gyms do not have. Hanny is very friendly, personable, and full of knowledge. She helped me dissected each combo with patience and clear communication. She's a great coach and amazing human being. Hanny made one hour seem priceless.
