    I admit I was a little intimidated to take this class because my abs are not the strongest but it was totally doable yet still very difficult! I left with the targeted areas shaking in the best way! Please continue to have/add more targeted body area classes like this to the schedule, especially late evenings!! I like them better than the full body classes.

    Liv is one of the best trainers here. She honestly humbles me every class of hers. Shakes are guaranteed if you’re pushing yourself. I love that she always fixes the smallest things in my form. I really get better at lagree with each class of hers and those learnings carry over to other classes I take. If you’ve been doing lagree for at least 3+ months and haven’t taken her class yet, just do it.

    A fun class! Like the other comments said, it is like tribal dancing meets yoga meets mobility moves. You shake and move in ways you don’t normally get to so it releases a lot of built up tension in the body! They provide mats and I’d suggest the padded one or to wear knee pads cuz there’s a good amount of stuff on your knees. Also, lots of booty er BUTI shaking lol
