see all reviewsGreat class and instructor !! Also I love this studio for a lot of reasons but two of them include 1.) always having wipes to clean off the props (yay for being sanitary) and 2.) the cool towel at the end of class. Keep up the good work making your studio stand out from the others in Denver area!!! I’ll be back

Her classes have helped me with grounding my energy and feeling more confident in overwhelming situations by the practice of breathwork and finding joy in this class. Everyone should come check it out on Tuesday nights and then go get tacos!

see all reviewsI liked the class and it was definitely a good workout! I am incredibly out of shape though and didn’t anticipate this class being this difficult so I couldn’t do a lot of the exercises, especially having endured a few injuries recently. But if you’re clear of injuries and have the stamina, I encourage this class for an insane full body workout.

see all reviewsI understand the appeal for people who want a quick workout in 60 minutes and it definitely gets the job done. Make sure to come in 15 minutes early to learn the terminology and equipment, especially if you’ve never taken a spin class before. I had a bit of trouble keeping up with the spin portion as a newbie but I managed. As far as the strength portion goes it’s pretty much just pick your weights, learn the moves, and go on your own time; I need something a little more structured but if you know how to lift, you should be fine! The yoga portion went fast, which I feel like somewhat defeats the purpose of yoga, but it was explained that it was more stretching than traditional yoga which is fine. Overall I don’t think it was for me, but it is definitely some peoples’ cup of tea and I’m glad I tried it!

see all reviewsThis class was amazing! Small (only 3 people, though I’m not sure if it’s always like that) and very informative. I liked the very relaxed and open vibe. Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!

I went to Breathe yesterday and it was truly amazing! I was able to stretch and Danielle did some hands-on adjustments to make my stretches more glorious. Then, the mediation was definitely what I needed before I ran off to work.

see all reviewsThis session was so worth it. I felt welcomed and encouraged to challenge myself. This was my first time in a long time working out. I am very out of shape and felt intimidated approaching the gym. The coach/trainer challenged me to go heavier on my weights to build more muscle. I didn’t know I had it in me to go as far as I did. I’m sore AF and feel very satisfied. I will be back!

see all reviewsAmy C. is absolutely everything you want in a yoga instructor: prepared, compassionate, and knowledgeable. It has been a while since I’ve been to regular yoga classes and just getting back into it, she made me feel comfortable and she never missed a beat while moving throughout the class to make sure everyone was doing well. She offered modifications and options which I always appreciate. sje also does a great job cueing so you know exactly how a pose should look and feel. She reminded us that this was our practice and to be kind to ourselves which I feel like we all need a reminder every now and again. The 1.5 class is new since the last time I had been there but it is a nice addition to the schedule! I really liked it. I will definitely take her class again.
