see all reviewsMy first 5 minutes here I felt it was very loud, very chaotic. There were two things going on at the same time: half people were on treadmills and half the people were on benches/floor. The instructor was nice but she was giving two sets of directions at once so you really had to concentrate for which directions were for you and then ignore the other directions. I enjoyed the work out and would probably go again but just wanted to give some insight so people can decide if they’d like to try or not.
