She also assured me that I can take the moves at my own pace and offered alternative movements to help with comfortability levels. Went from pretty low intensity body weight to high intensity with dumbbells and with cardio, then a yoga finish with helpful breathing exercises. The instructor was very informative and upbeat. My only difficulty was keeping up, but that’s primarily because I’m very out of shape and am not used to moving this much. 😅
