The class also seemed “easy” but was very challenging. My body was shaking, i was sweating, i was feeling the burn — exactly how I like my classes! Would definitely book with Maddy again 🫶🏼

see all reviewsI was a bit nervous about this class because I don’t usually lift weights and I had a kink in my neck but the instructors were both very welcoming and checked up on me throughout the class to make sure I was lifting correctly and feeling okay. I really enjoyed the class and recommend that everyone try it out.
