see all reviewsWOW! Megan is a skilled, kind, patient, smart, helpful instructor. She has a great energy. We went through an extensive set of exercises incorporating body tapping and rhythm, stretching and movement, energy work, and good old fashioned dancing around and hootin’ and hollerin’. This was a helpful class for me to practice letting go and opening up and being vulnerable. If you’re nervous or anxious or scared about trying this, or hesitant to let loose a little, I TOTALLY understand… and that means you need to do this MORE THAN EVER. It’s chill and calm and comfy and you can be yourself. It’s on the third floor of a brown and plain-looking business office.
