I’m very familiar with cycling, yoga, and hiit/boot-camp group fitness classes, so I’m biased, but I do think SPENGA makes their fitness experience accessible for newcomers. I love the fact that you can see your cycling performance on the tv—it’s a great motivator. The instructors and employees are very professional and made me feel welcomed! The facility is clean, the equipment is new and organized. Could not have asked for a better experience!

see all reviewsI really enjoyed the class at Rinse for multiple reasons. The atmosphere is great, the lights are usually really low which personally makes me feel more confident! Also the structure of the class is great because there’s cardio, choreography and arm workouts. I enjoy the instructors mix of music also.
