see all reviewsVery fast paced, positive energy. Many seemed to be regulars and were very welcoming. There was a wide range of ages and fitness levels in attendance. The staff and instructors were awesome, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. I was definitely wore out but looking forward to going back and challenging myself.

see all reviewsI had no idea what to expect going into it. It moved really fast and I struggled at first to keep up or remember the choreo. The instructor told me after that the songs repeat over classes so you can build confidence. Which I liked. I definitely worked up a sweat. I’ve never moved my body like that before! Everyone was very welcoming.
