    Class is very good and the instructions for the floor part always very clear. For some reason I always struggle with Levi when it comes to his instructions for the treadmill. His prompts to increase/decrease speed and when to do so always seem to get lost now matter how much I concentrate on what he says. Still a great class though but he needs to be clearer when it comes to the treadmill prompts. I haven’t had this issue with the other instructors.

    I am sooo glad I finally managed to meet and experience a treatment with THE Charlie. The studio is set up stunningly and she is so thoughtful to everything to make the experience amazing for anyone who walks through the door: before - warming the towels with hot stones and having the infrared panel on to warm the room; asking her neighbouring businesses to keep noise to a minimum during the treatment and finding out about everything going on with your body; post treatment having treats tea and a bottle of water go take for the road. I can’t wait to be back for classes & another treatment with Charlie !

    MJ is one of my fave instructors in Sydney. A healthy mix of motivation but also understanding - offers the option to take on a challenge (more reps or more weight) but never pressures it. He’s knowledgeable and all about form - doesn’t want anyone to rush for the sake of getting more reps in - quality over quantity, which is so important for strength training.
