    Class is very good and the instructions for the floor part always very clear. For some reason I always struggle with Levi when it comes to his instructions for the treadmill. His prompts to increase/decrease speed and when to do so always seem to get lost now matter how much I concentrate on what he says. Still a great class though but he needs to be clearer when it comes to the treadmill prompts. I haven’t had this issue with the other instructors.

    I give class with Nic 5 stars every time. His positive energy and clear, easy to follow instructions is what I need to get me through Barrys tough workout whether its at 6am when half asleep or 6pm after a long day at work.

    Never thought I could do a barbell deadlift, ever. Trainers are incredibly encouraging and correct our technique. James paid lots attention to correct our form. The trainer who substituted for Ian ( sorry forgot your name) gave me good tips that I could take away to practice.
