    I had a blast and learning new things!! the instructor 10/10 makes you feel welcomed and doesn't mind helping you out at all. I will say though to bring a friend or put yourself out there to talk to others because it seems as everyone else knows each other or has someone and you might feel like the odd one out haha Just a heads up if you like being social. But it was great regardless:)

    So much fun! Small class size so lots of form correction and adjustments from Jorje, who was a wonderfully patient and encouraging instructor. Only learned a few basic punches and kicks but worked up a disgusting sweat and loved every second of it. Wraps arent necessary but theyre good to have.
