    Gentle Flow

The space was inviting and the instructor could not have been nicer. I enjoyed the class but would definitely try a more advanced class next time. But, this was great for getting back into yoga in the new year.

    Ashtanga (Primary series)

First traditional Ashtanga class and I really enjoyed it! Simple studio, friendly instructor, all levels of yogis in the class. If you’re new to Ashtanga like me, each class is structured with the same flow of poses; in this case the ‘primary series’. If you search ‘ashtanga primary series’ you will see charts of all the poses you’ll do in the class. The instructor will guide you through the series in a warm room without music. It may sound dull or repetitive but I find this to be a good challenge as I’m focused solely on the poses and breath.

    Hot Yoga HIIT

Joslin was great; she led a challenging class but also encouraged modifications based on current akill level. Hot yoga is always cathartic, but the HIIT class was definitely more my speed and will be yours too if traditional yoga is a little slow for you to stay focused. Also, everyone here was so welcoming. Will be back!

    RESTORE aerial restorative low hammocks

This class had such a nice vibe! It was very relaxing and I’ll be back again soon. I’d recommend to arrive early to look for parking as it is difficult to find a space. Also heads up if you are sensitive to scents that there are essential oils used.

Carolyn gives good instruction for poses. I love her flow-it starts with poses using the ropes/wall. Also Carolyn had a theme for the class. She really makes it purposeful and educational.
