Deep Stretch + Sound
see all reviewsI loved this! Alex was very friendly- walked in and they had selenite crystals as a gift & intention cards for you to ask yourself how you can be more aligned. I will say it’s in Greenville, so of course you’ll hear some noise in the room but it’s not too bad… people also neglected silencing their phones so I struggled with being present. But overall I definitely recommend taking this class! The sound bath was lovely too.

see all reviewsThe space was inviting and the instructor could not have been nicer. I enjoyed the class but would definitely try a more advanced class next time. But, this was great for getting back into yoga in the new year.
Satya Yoga believes in the healing power of yoga, and our goal is making yoga accessible…Ashtanga (Primary series)
see all reviewsFirst traditional Ashtanga class and I really enjoyed it! Simple studio, friendly instructor, all levels of yogis in the class. If you’re new to Ashtanga like me, each class is structured with the same flow of poses; in this case the ‘primary series’. If you search ‘ashtanga primary series’ you will see charts of all the poses you’ll do in the class. The instructor will guide you through the series in a warm room without music. It may sound dull or repetitive but I find this to be a good challenge as I’m focused solely on the poses and breath.
Horizon Hot Yoga is a two room yoga studio providing a variety of yoga class styles…Vinyasa Flow
see all reviewsI love this space as its so clean and bright. I am not the biggest fan of hot yoga so it’s been a joy to find this space and instructors. I especially loved Austin’s class as the flow was accessible and you could modify and challenge yourself accordingly. He also clearly has a background in dance which made the flow fun and lighthearted and leaving with a smile. Will be back to this space and Austin’s class for sure!

see all reviewsThis class was very good. It was my first time practicing tai chi and the instructor was patient with me, helped me where I needed improvement, and explained everything very well. Really loved how relaxed I felt afterwards. Slowing down and the connection with the breath and energy were wonderful aspects of this practice.

see all reviewsThis class had such a nice vibe! It was very relaxing and I’ll be back again soon. I’d recommend to arrive early to look for parking as it is difficult to find a space. Also heads up if you are sensitive to scents that there are essential oils used.

Sound Bath
see all reviewsRelaxing and peaceful class in a gorgeous zen space. You basically lay on mats in dim light while they go off on singing bowls and gongs but the sound is somehow muted and soft but still all encompassing. #classpassinsider
