RIDE
see all reviewsClass was awesome!! Great music with Monica. My only thing is I wish the instructors were more strict on no phones in the room, my neighbor was taking pictures and videos during the ride which was super distracting! Otherwise great ride

see all reviewsThe space is really nice! The class was great! I don’t like choreo on the bike, there was a little bit of that (stand up, sit down rapidly) but I skipped and didn’t feel pressured to follow the exact directions, but still got a great workout!

see all reviewsThe heat was super gentle and the beginning yoga portion was a really manageable flow and a great warm up. The medium weights were enough to require decent effort to make it through without being overly fatiguing in exercises like curls, halos, squat thrusters, and sumo squats. Overall really good class, fabulous instructor, and a gorgeous studio with everything you could need. Only feedback was the music seemed crazy loud for shavasana but was totally fine otherwise - would recommend this to everyone.

see all reviewsI did not expect a dance class to be so challenging but it was relentless cardio, constant movement, and even a little toning session. Kate is contagiously energetic. She cues the next moves perfectly so it's easy to follow along and stay moving!

see all reviewsI loved this class and instructor! I’m not sure I would call this class “cardio” but it was overall just a great yoga class with an engaging flow. I’ve found yoga flow classes at exhale to be a bit slow and beginner, but this class was great for yogis with some experience. Cassandra brought such a great energy to the class. I was sweaty, relaxed, and engaged!

see all reviewsI love this class! I love this instructor!!! She’s amazing! This was my second time attending this class, and the order of moves were different and the type of moves we did were different and I really enjoyed that variety. There were definitely some more advanced people in the class but as a beginner, I felt comfortable and welcomed, and the instructor took the time to really, make sure that I was doing everything okay and readjust which I really appreciated. Thank you Abby!

see all reviewsMy wife and I did CrossFit together and it was awesome. We loved our experience at The Phoenix. Many places claim to be community based but few actually succeed. The communal nature of the Phoenix was evident upon entering. We were welcomed warmly, and the class was very friendly to beginners. Even though the group was large, they had numerous coaches and we felt well instructed and helped! Definitely will be back.
