    Nicole is a great instructor and she explains the movements well, offers modifications and gently corrects your form. She’s friendly and bubbly as well. Today’s class was a killer for the glutes and arms but it left you feeling so good after. Would have liked to have done more core exercises but that’s just my preference. Would totally go to Nicole’s classes again!

    BIKE & BEATS

    The class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.

    I think Michelle was substituting but it was amazing. Such a good class, really enjoyed my time. My only suggestion would perhaps be adding some music for when the instructor isn’t speaking to fill the air. Amazing though regardless.
