    IN STUDIO: Sweat + P30 Booty - MASK REQUIRED

    I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

    Simi was very friendly and welcoming. I’m not great at barre, but she did a nice job showing me how to improve. Floor is carpeted, so it helped me to grab a mat so my sticky socks would be more functional.
