I felt like her poses were better for injuries and gave your body enough time to adjust and she gave a lot of different options for people who are flexible and who are not. It was relaxing and exactly what I needed after some stressful days!

see all reviewsFirst things first - Veronica is beast!!! I would describe her classes as HIIT Pilates. Always a good time and an incredible full body workout. To comment on the studio, it’s always very clean and plenty of props for class. My issue is that the check in process is so slow and personally, I like to get to my mat with time to relax and stretch. Without fail, I arrive with at least 10 min before class and the check in process is so slow that I don’t make it to my spot until 1 min before class starts. Recently they also started charging for face towels which I wasn’t aware of. Definitely returning to the studio as the workouts and instructors are SOOO great but I wish the full experience was better.
