    I dread spin classes and had a fairly blah experience here a few months ago with a different instructor, but omg Andrew was incredible! I got one of the best spin workouts here thanks to his energy and music. He made this a lot of fun and I usually dislike spin classes (unless it’s soul cycle but that’s a fortune I’m willing not to drop). I will definitely be back to one of his classes again!

    I was the only person in the class for the day, and the instructor was great about correcting my form to make sure I was doing everything properly. It was a great workout and really hard. You will definitely get a great sweat! Each card suit was a different exercise - 2 lower body and 2 upper body. The number on the card was the number of reps. The instructor pulls 4 cards each round, one from each suit. I didn’t make it through the whole deck by myself but I got pretty far.
