see all reviewsFirst time ever trying aerial yoga but definitely won’t be the last! To start off, the studio is beautiful! Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Amanda was incredible!! Seriously can’t say enough good things about her, she made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the whole class. She really helped encourage us to push ourselves while also making sure everyone was having fun and getting the most out of the class. One thing she said during the class really stuck out to me, that there’s not a lot of opportunities in life where you can do something healing but also playful and I think that was the perfect way to summarize what to expect out of this class. We will definitely be back!

see all reviewsI had so much fun. This was my very first Lyra class and I had a blast!! The instructor made me feel super confident and comfortable and the other girls were super nice as well. Studio was clean and decorated beautifully. I also like how the classes are 1hr&15 mins instead of just an hour bc it gives you time to play with the choreo and take videos until you get the perfect take.
