see all reviewsI would say Barrys are great classes for already athletic individuals who know about weight lifting form, not beginners. I didn’t see much form checking or corrections/modifications and it was definitely fast paced. As someone who exercises regularly, I really did enjoy the class and found it challenging!

see all reviewsThis was a great class. Lauren (and a support team member) gave excellent form correction throughout class to make it feel like a private class in a group training setting. This was a durability day—80% efforts—so it was a grind but a good sweat. There are 5 stations that you complete with heavy weights and there are a few different levels of weight difficulty which makes you able to tailor your workout for your level. Will be back! Would like to be able to see which type of class I will be doing (M.A. or D.) before class if possible.

see all reviewsI was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend. The class was so fun that the 45 minutes flew by & felt totally empowering!
