see all reviewsI didn’t feel very welcome in the class today by the instructor. Normally, the instructors will introduce themselves to the newbies and it makes us feel more comfortable. I never used the equipment that we used today. This is my second class. I fell behind until I finally got her attention. After that, a couple of the ladies who were working out noticed me struggling with the equipment, stopped what they were doing, and helped me get it right. Thanks to those ladies! Other than that, the workout was awesome and much needed! The instructor didn’t speak to me after class but the ladies that helped me and one other introduced themselves to me and told me I did an awesome job! :)
