I guess I was supposed to have a half hour intro before I signed up for anything harder, but I didn’t see that anywhere in ClassPass so I just signed up for the hour level one class. I didn’t feel like anything was beyond me, except that I didn’t really understand how to set up the reformer And may have benefited from going through that ahead of time. The class had a good pace.
