There were different variations you could do depending on your skill level which made it feel very inclusive. Definitely bring a sweat towel and water, you’ll need it.

It was not a rhythm based class and there was no choreography or anything. The music was super low as they have volume restrictions. If you are new to cycling, give this place a try. If you are a psycho spin class girlie like me, this will not be your jam.
