Ryan kicked my ass! Hardest rumble class I’ve been to but it was great. The only complaint is that it would be helpful if Ryan took a little more time going over the floor exercises before we start them. Too quick of a transition sometimes!

Flow with Mikee is fantastic! I’ve been doing yoga for years & have gone to dozens of studios in NY & BK. He’s a true gem! Highly recommend. My only critic is the studio itself... I find the Crunch studio incredibly cold for its yoga classes. To the point of being uncomfortable. I really wish they would turn off the air & fans for the yoga classes.

This crunch was in much better condition than your average crunch. If not brand new it was definitely recently renovated. Front desk staff was super nice and helpful, and even cheerful which was extra noticeable bc it was snowstorm and they were right by the door. The locker room lockers require a padlock but there are lockers right outside the locker room with keypad locks. Good array of equipment and everything was clean.

Emily had great energy and her visual/verbal cues were well demonstrated. She also came around and gave adjustments as needed. Music was loud and vibe was energetic. My only complaint is that the microphone system was a little scratchy so it could be hard to make out every word of the instructions, especially at the fast pace of the class.

First time, was the only one there at 7p (in btw Xmas and NYE, hence unusual attendance), but still a great experience. Cole still held class, made me feel super comfortable and had great energy / knowledge. Workout seemed oriented on a series of sets, usually with an EMOM anchoring the middle, not quite HIIT but there’s something in each set to make sure the heart rate stays up. Class would be tough if it’s your first time EVER working out, but still very accessible if you say do some dumbbell/kettlebell strength and cycling/HIIT type classes elsewhere - but want to extend your skill set w/ say basic lifting.

This class is really a treat! Evita is very clear with verbal cues and her movements. She's encouraging, calming, and super nice. This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.

Was happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta.
