    First time ever and I LOVED IT! Its a small studio that only fits about 10 people or less, focused more on form than the number of reps. I loved the support and motivation of the small group - its almost like a private group training session with intensity. Griffin was amazing too! Definitely recommend without question!

    STUDIO: Roll Out

    After four consecutive days of hard workouts, Roll Out was a gift. Its like a sports massage: it doesnt always feel good while its happening, but the benefits after are essential. Instruction and pacing were on point, and the studio vibe is encouraging and fun. Ill be back!
