    Hot Vinyasa Essentials

I loved this class! It was really nice to begin the day with this. I was apprehensive as it was my first Hot Yoga session but it was lovely and challenging enough with the teacher being so supportive and kind. I really feel like I achieved something this morning. I’ll definitely be back to do this class again 🤍

Aerial Yoga (60 minutes - off peak)

I had so much fun! This was my first time doing Aerial Yoga (I've done aerial pilates elsewhere before). The studio is small, but generally clean. The instructor was very nice and helpful. She didn't pressure us to do any poses we didn't want to do, but also gave us support whenever we struggled with any poses. I would defo itely return again if I can sneak off work 😂

    THE FUNDAMENTALS

Caroline was a great teacher - funny and informative, making sure we were doing each move correctly. I learnt a lot from this class! The gym in itself is pretty amazing and the woman on reception gave me a very warm welcome. Overall, I had a good experience!

Great class! Femi was super friendly and made some adjustments for me and my friend to make us feel super comfortable. Would come back again to his class! Gymbox is also vibey too - friendly reception staff and my first time in a gym with music that makes me not need to bring my headphones??

I liked how helpful and encouraging everyone were. The challenge level is upon you to set by choosing the right weights for yourself. My body is a lil sore the next day after the session but in a good way, not in a painful way. Would suggest to get there early to set up for the class.

7:30pm Thursday lifting class was perfect! Lifting heavy deadlifts, then go into cardio. As a woman it perfect. My clothes were soaked so I knew it was a great session. The Spanish instructor was very helpful and showed he cares about you!

You get what you pay for, it’s a very small gym with a bit of everything. Ended up just doing cardio because the weight section was quite limited. My bad though, I didn’t know this belong to the kings college and is catered for students- which makes total sense giving they charge less than half the credits other gyms are charging on classpass

    Choreography with Joong -Intermediate

This is a fantastic Hip Hop class! Joong is an incredibly versatile dancer who brings in a variety of grooves and dance styles, keeping it dynamic and fun. Be prepared to be challenged in the best way. Joong does an excellent job of breaking down complex moves into easy-to-follow steps, making it accessible even if you're new to hip hop. I came in expecting a heels class but ended up having a blast!

Sensual dance for complete beginners plus social

I really liked this class! The group was around 7 people, and we were all beginners, so I felt really comfortable and supported! If Natasha saw that one of us struggled, she came and helped each and everyone. I also liked the choreo: we could optionally film ourselves and I enjoyed it so much! The gym has all the facilities, I just needed to take knee pads with me. Want to attend the next session and see my progress!
