    Great, challenging class! Staff were very welcoming. Since it was my first time, I wasn’t sure what the instructor meant by %s during the treadmill drills. So I just did the same number as the percent the instructor said. Feeling strong!

    Always a great class. Patricia is great about making sure every muscle gets covered - stretched and/or strengthened. If theres a specific need you have (tight/sore calves was me on Friday) shell make sure thats covered in the class (although with her covering the whole body it probably would be covered regardless of mentioning it). Mats and accessories are available for free. Very welcoming. Great modifications and adjustments.
