Hot Power Yoga 60
see all reviewsErica is the GOAT. 🐐 She has always been the greatest, her music, her instruction, general presence and energy. What makes her the GOAT is that she just keeps getting better. Today she did a series so complex and beautiful, a yoga instructor from a different studio complimented her before we did the second side. 🤸♀️That says it all! 💪

see all reviewsI said it before, and I’ll say it again I really like body alive and most of the instructors are great. I do wish BA woukd either bring back Core Sculpt class and/or focus much more on core beyond planks. Every class seems to have at least 2-3 plank songs but only 1-2 true core.

see all reviewsThe hot class was great and an awesome workout! I left feeling like I worked hard and got what I wanted out of a 45 min class. The only downsides for me would be how close the mats are to each other in class (had bare feet close to my face) and limited parking- next time I’ll get there early to get a better spot for both!

see all reviewsOne of the best flows I’ve ever experienced truly. Non traditional in the sense that it wasn’t the exact same thing as every other class at every other studio. Not once did we do like warrior or side angle which was a very nice change up.

see all reviewsMarcellus is such a fun instructor! He encourages you to push yourself, but doesn’t pressure you to over do it. He explains everything super clearly and is always there to help if you don’t understand something. His classes are the best!

see all reviewsBEST INSTRUCTOR!! Very upbeat and picks great music. Definitely a harder workout so stay hydrated and maybe use low / no weights your first time. She also yells a lot (but I love this!) so just be prepared if that’s not your thing. She’s also very welcoming :)

see all reviewsThe instructor was very nice and welcoming! It was a good cardio workout! I did get a little nauseous halfway through but that’s probably bc I wasn’t hydrated enough and not used to the heat. Good class for cardio!

see all reviewsSuch a strong, empowering class. I used to take yoga classes very regularly and fell away from my practice so was definitely looking for a class that would both challenge me and stretch my body. This class did it all! Cannot wait to come back.

see all reviewsThis class was a little different from other vinyasa classes I’ve attended, but I know the instructor and as each teacher every one has their own approach. She is absolutely great, but she will push you further than the average teacher in an encouraging way! Also it is hotter than most vinyasas classes. But I would and will attend again! There is no intimidation or judgement, just acceptance and love…
