    Boxing Bootcamp

    Great class! I’ve never boxed before but have wanted to try it for a long time. Megan was an awesome instructor. It was a circuit style class, with about 6 minutes of personalized 2-on-1 boxing with her, another 6 minutes on the bag. The rest of the circuits were mostly cardio (rowing, burpees, lunges, abs station). I felt like I got sufficient instruction and a great work out. Everyone was super welcoming. Other perks: parking is super easy and they have community gloves to borrow. Will definitely be back!!
