    Have been to a lot of Liz’s TBC classes but have never taken a class with Emily. She was great!! So much energy which really helped me push through this (super challenging) class! If you haven’t been to this class before, it’s more of a bootcamp style. I anticipate all of my major muscle groups to be sore tomorrow and will definitely start adding Emily’s TBC class to my schedule!!
