This class was replaced with Carnivale Fit with Lauro. Its upbeat cardio dance but between the Beyonc wig, faux aerobic dance off and his playful comedy, this instructor makes this class amazing. Loved it.

Alice is great but the class feels rushed being a) 45 mins only and b) right after the previous class. Usually the previous class runs over and we are all waiting; then towards the end, the next class is waiting and we are sort of rushed out. Not her fault but the scheduling could be better.
