    Lydia’s choreography and vibe was awesome. Only feedback is it seemed like she taught her friend in class the Choreo before even though it was week 1 of a new routine and they kept doing the dance way past what the rest of the class had learned at that point.

    Great class! Really liked the instructor; instructions were clear, always knew what was coming next, instructor was helpful (setting hand weights close to us so we can grab them, setting the handle bars up for us while we were in a different movement).     TRX class is a great class. Located in a spacious studio away from the main gym floor. No on lookers staring which I really like. Andre is a fantastic trainer and corrects your posture when needed. He is friendly and also encourages you to get that last rep in and not to quit!
