    Immersive Beat Ride

It was my first ever spin class and I had so much fun, it felt like going to a dance party. The instructor was great she was making me laugh the whole time. I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

Ariel’s classes are wonderful and dynamic. Great workout and movements. Only feedback is the heat seemed intense even at rest. Overheard others saying it felt overwhelming. Seems hotter lately.

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Caroline Farrow! She took her time to find out what my bodys needs are and explained everything to me. I felt so much better afterwards- will definitely be back soon!
