The ginger tea and small snack was nice too. For improvement, the aircon temperature could be adjusted to become warmer. The ambiance perfectly catered to my senses, allowing me to achieve a state of ultimate relaxation. My massage therapist, Liza, was incredibly attentive to the pressure I preferred and made adjustments as needed to relieve the muscle knots in my back, even adding extra shoulder heat pads during the massage. I had a holistic approach where in my tight muscles on my upper back, shoulders and neck were relieved. Thanks to Ingrid, who was so kind to tackle all of my concerns and did more than the expected. It never hurt but gave relief to the muscle knots that has been limiting my range of movements all this time. My shoulder is now much flexible compared to when I walked in.
