see all reviewsThis class was a very special and unique experience- we used many kinds of props and tools for self massage, and got into muscles I don’t usually even pay attention to. Chrys was great at explaining the techniques and getting us comfortable with to new props. I was so relaxed by the time we got into savasana that I actually fell asleep. The cool, aerobatic towel during savanna was a nice touch too. We stayed for a cold plunge and sauna.
