For me the only downsides, were that between the volume of the music and the volume of the instructor’s mic pac, it felt very loud and not as relaxing as other yoga classes I’ve been to. I also wish that the shavasana, the final resting pose, was longer to get more in that meditative space. Overall, though, a great workout out and very welcoming vibe!

It was a high quality massage, but what I appreciated the most was that it actually lasted 60 minutes. Not 60 minutes from when I arrived, not until the hour (because let’s be real, it always starts a few minutes after the hour) but a full 60 minutes from when the therapist started working.
