see all reviewsI have never done aerial fitness and this was so much fun. There was only a little bit of aerial/cardio and it definitely had my heart pumping. I wish that this section was a little longer. The other portion of class was more stretching and small movements which I also enjoyed especially since I was a little stiff. As someone who doesn’t enjoy yoga, this was a nice alternative.

Once we got geared up and into the rhythm, the experience was fun, secure, and like none other. Jacqueline was super and took time to talk about any concerns. I will definitely be back to master this new form of working out!
