    Anna’s class is amazing!! so challenging, she will lead you through a killer workout—trust! loved the music, loved when she counted down and the numbers dropped faster as we got to one. the room is HOT, bring towels and drink plenty of water. swanky and minimalist locker rooms—showers (shampoo, conditioner, body wash available) and either bring or rent a shower towel.

    Really good! Super unique. My first time and I’d absolutely do it again. It takes a bit of coordination, which I don’t have, but I got the hang of it. Also uses the shoulders, and I had to make adjustments to that for me. The instructor was great on so many levels.

    I almost dont want to tell anyone how great this class is because the amount of spots are limited. Definitely beginner and advanced friendly. The instructors were very accommodating, they answered all my questions and taught me correct form. Its a REAL strength class not a high intensity or cardio class. You lift heavy and take breaks. This as close to a personal trainer as youll get on ClassPass The space is on the smaller side (think Crosstown Fitness but a bit bigger) but its well organized and very clean. Youre not standing on top of other people and theres plenty of room to move freely. #fire #goodvibes #greatvalue

    The class was really small so we ended up using the reformers. Molly was very patient and understanding when it came to my injuries which made me feel more comfortable and confident in the workout. I found some points slightly easy at times as I usually use more resistance but whatever she did left me sore the entire next day. Will definitely be going back.
